Pub Poker Network - Terms & Conditions

Registration to the Pub Poker Network is required by all players. Membership to the Pub Poker Network is free of cost. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to register. Membership and / or Photo ID must be supplied to participate in any Pub Poker event. All Pub Poker events are ‘No Limit Texas Hold’ em Poker. Standard No Limit Texas Hold’ em rules apply to all Pub Poker events. Please ask your venue host or tournament director for a copy or check our website www.pubpoker.net.au . All Pub Poker events are fully dealt and organised. We provide fully trained professional dealers to not only run the game , but also provide valuable assistance. All Pub Poker events run approximately 3 – 3.5 hours in length (inclusive of breaks) unless otherwise stated. Chips used at Pub Poker events have absolutely no monetary value or otherwise. They CANNOT be exchanged for cash or any currency as prohibited by State and Federal Laws. Any participant caught cheating or behaving inappropriately as deemed by the Tournament Host/ Venue Host may be disqualified from the network and excluded from future participation in Pub Poker events. Prizes awarded at Pub Poker events cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. Members agree that the Pub Poker has the right as major sponsor, to use the winner/s for marketing and promotional purposes for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of winning any of our major prizes at no cost to the Pub Poker network. Members agree that the Pub Poker has the right to send information about upcoming events , promotions , offers and associated material from sponsors via email , mail and SMS. Pub Poker members agree to be photographed whilst they are participating in any Pub Poker event held at any authorised venue and agree to the publication of those photographs in all forms of media, such as but not limited to, flyers, brochures, the internet, newspapers, magazines, and agree to waive any rights they may have in that regard. Any or part thereof of these rules may change without notice. Please check our website for current rules at www.pubpoker.net.au or ask your tournament host to view a printed copy. All rulings and decisions are solely with the Tournament Host / Tournament Dealer. They will settle all disputes and their decision is final and binding. Their decision will be made in keeping the best interest of all Pub Poker members and Venues in mind.
